How it works

You can click any "BOOK NOW" button, which will take you to our appointment options. Once you select your desired appointment time, you will fill out the patient's basic information, then add a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. The cost of a virtual visit is $55.

You will then receive an email that includes the links to fill out an intake form and sign consents (please make sure these are completed PRIOR to your appointment) as well as the video chat link for your virtual appointment. A few minutes before your scheduled appointment time, with your child present, open the link to enter the visit with your provider.

Your child will be evaluated, and a plan of care will be determined with your input.

Any prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy, and school and work notes can be sent to you via email and accessed in the patient portal.

Once the visit has concluded, your payment will be processed.

Obviously, most parents don't have all of the tools at home that are needed to obtain vital signs and complete a thorough medical exam, but there are some tools available (most can be purchased on Amazon) that can be helpful to have when your child is sick:

• thermometer
• heart rate and oxygen saturation monitor (you can also download an app on your phone to check these or use an Owlet or similar baby monitoring device)
• wireless otoscope camera to check for ear infection--especially helpful for kids who have frequent ear infections
• at-home strep throat tests
• at-home urinalysis tests
